Hey there I got a Oster kitchen center 12 speed avocado. but unfortunately the mixer arm unit was damaged in shipping. Mine is a 12 speed and the top that shows mix options is quilted.Oster regency kitchen center
Mixer. Not quite sure what year it is so added photos and stamped #s. Found plenty on eBay none just like this with the quilting and in avacado
961-154 # on mixer arm
969-054 # on base (don't need this)
I am up 30666.

This post is way more informative than the one in Super.  That said, I have to wonder if the blame rests entirely with FedEx.  How well was the mixer wrapped?  Do you have any recourse with the sender or with FedEx?

Of course they can't provide the replacement you're looking for, but you could at least take a shot at a refund from the sender or compensation from FedEx.

What is up with the quilting?  That is a really weird look.  I don't know if this is a full-on "Kitchen Center" or what, but the speed settings on the quilted area along with those on what appears to be a blender base seem redundant.  Are the settings on the quilted area just suggestions?  Would a replacement without quilting not work?  It would certainly be better looking, IMO.

I filed a claim with FedEx, yes. The seller wrapped it well but the box was in horrible shape. I don't know why there is redundant repeated information you would have to ask Oster. I don't know if other mixer arms would work or not. I have no ideas on why it is quilted, just figured I would include the info to try and find the same for replacement

Oh ok so the options on the front dial are for the blender when it is attached, the ones on the handle are for the stand mixer. The buttons I guess are for the food processor? I'm blonde 😜😂🤣

Dumb question, but what does ISO mean?
