That is certainly a rare beauty, and it appears to be complete.  I kind of like the idea of the crisper in the door.  Nothing would ever freeze there.  No frost-free reference to be found.  

 

I'd take a chance on it if it were near me and had the hinges on the other side.

Frigidaire and/or Hotpoint had a door mounted crisper in the late 50s, I think. It was sort of a PITA to use.

We had a TOL 66 Frigidaire bottom mount, with a crisper in the door.
