Looking to re-home our 1965 Frigidaire Custom Imperial double oven with pull-out stove. We need to some help with understanding how it is attached to the cabinetry/ wall behind the unit and then find someone who might be interested in it for their home. WE have enjoyed the ovens and stove more than I ever thought, but the layout in our kitchen is not working for us. Both ovens are working and we do use them to bake. All four burners work, however, one of the 3 finger coil supports is missing. The heat minder plate I don't believe is functioning correctly. It regularly boils over if you are not minding the stove. The front plug and clock/ timer has not worked since we purchased the home. In our search for how to remove the oven/ stove we learned that there is supposed to be a light at the top, the light bulbs are either burned out or perhaps there is a problem with this function. The stove locks in place very tightly enabling you to use either the two front burners or pull it out all the way for all four burners to be in use. Oven doors stay upright when opened. We are remodeling the kitchen over Thanksgiving week (2021-2 weeks away)so if you or someone you know is interested, please reach out to us with questions. We would much rather this appliance go to a new home than you know where. Thanks for any feedback you can offer on how to remove the unit and anyone you may know that would be interested.

Bolts

There should be a large bolt in each corner of the cabinet below screwed up into the range for safety reasons. Then the range should just slide off the base. Be aware that this range weighs about 310 pounds and may be direct wired. You should be able to see the wiring connection in the base cabinet as well.
