My mom's

second used Tappan stove was a 36 inch with this same back, but unslanted knobs. The broiler was still in the bottom drawer. What year was this made in?

I believe this would be one of Tappan's earliest 30" models, which they called 'Holiday'.  My guess would be 1955/1956-ish.

 

Here's a copy of Tappan's Owner's Guide from 1956 for their Greenbrier and Holiday models.
