Yeah my hope would be the belt is for the dryer. Can’t beat $20 for a matched early eighties whirlpool matching set.

On a second look it does appear to be a 95405 belt.

what belt it is. Dryer or washer, they're both still available and I will fix these up in no time.

Standard cap dryer with that small side swing door though.
I wonder if it's a super surgalator with a waterfall lint filter. Probably standard cap. No sudsaver though. lol.

Since that’s a standard capacity machine paired up with the Super Surgilator agitator, it will wash the heck out of clothes. I’d take the inner tub out to see how much rust is on the outer tub and if there is some corrosion, clean it with some acetone and paint the rust spots with POR15 and one thing I’ve done is I painted the outer tub on my ‘63 Whirlpool with some Flex Seal rubberized paint so it definitely should not leak or develop any more leaks in the future.
