Our kitchenaid dishwasher from 2008 decided to flood the kitchen last night. was emptying the trash when I noticed the floor was damp, pulled the kickplate off the dishwasher and water was pooled under. looks like the fill valve cracked and was spraying.

Worth it to get a replacement valve or replace the dishwasher entirely?

Fill valve s/b an easy-enough fix.

i would have it repaired best to repair older appliance than buy new one but it also depends on the cost of repair
