Hey guys. How are you ? So, I've been wondering what dishwashers in the Mexican market would feature. How do they stack up against their American counterparts? How well do they wash? Has anybody used or seen one in action? How did they operate? Did they run all arms at once or independently? Did they have choppers or filters?
How did they appeal to the Mexican market? I'd like to know about these. Thank you very much.
P.S. Happy New Year!

Mexican Dishwashers

Hi everyone. Unfortunately here in Mexico we donīt have any mexican dishwasher. The only brands you can find in stores are Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchenaid, GE, LG, Teka, Smeg, Miele, Asko, Cove, Electrolux.

The bad thing is that all the brands I mentioned only have BOL and TOL models, they donīt have all the models USA offer in the various brands.

They work exactly the same as the ones in the USA and the europeans, alternating within the lower and the upper spray arms and using very low water consumption.

Thanks.

Thanks for the info. So for those who can afford one and use it, how do they like it?

Iīve been encouraging people to get one, and the ones I know already have to use them, because of the hygiene and the low water consumption, and by explaining how they work, people got convinced and are really happy with the performance of whichever brand they have. I just needed to show them not to pre rinse dishes before putting them inside, and that has made people really happy cause they had the wrong believe that dishes must be pre-washed/rinsed before the dishwasher cycle.

I actually own a LG Quadwash dishwasher which Iīm in love to. It does a wonderful job everytime.

detergent and rinse aid

Did you inform them about detergent and rinse aid? Did you show them the dispensers for them? You probably should.

Of course I did. Thank God Costco sell the Cascade Platinum capsules which clean the best and already have all the components needed. I suggested to use rinse aid but itīs their choice.

@Bewitched certainly we dontīt live in the stone age, but sadly, here itīs not a necessary machine or people doesnīt trust in dishwashers, so Iīm trying to change that thinking in all people and they are getting good results, and that makes me happy.
