Can you post a pic of the tech sheet to the washer?
If it fills with cold water on rinse but not cold water on wash then I am inclined to say it is indeed a timer issue. Typically a different set of contacts in the timer energize the water valve during washer compared to rinse so the machine will be able to fill with warm/cold instead of the selected wash temperature like hot/warm. | ||
