I came into possession of an old Norge wringer washer this evening and I'm trying to find out the year of it so I know where to start getting it back running.

very cool old wringer :) Iam going to guess ~ 1955,but hopefully someone with more specific knowledge will give a more detailed answer. If no one knows, look over the motor those often have a date code, depending on who made the motor.

Thanks for that info I've been looking all day and can't find anything on the model number. It is a cool find my brother found it in a clean out and gave it to me because he knows I'm into cool vintage stuff

Have you plugged in to see if the wringer and agitator works? You will need some water to check for any leaks and pump operation. I know it has to be a 50's model also, as there were quite a few of those same Norge wringers around when I was a kid.
