Looks to be an AM-9 series. A rare bird. We don't see many of these today. Notice the Plastisol coated wire racks, Very vintage.

looks familiar

We had something similar in my college fraternity house....probably of around the same vintage and i believe still there. A great piece of equipment that could take use and abuse and keep on going!
