I remember Salvo laundry tablets, though we never used them in our household. Neighbors used them in their Frigidaire washer and complained that the tablets made holes in their clothes.
Imagine my surprise upon seeing the Salvo brand in a weekly advertising circular that arrived in yesterday's mail. It appears the brand has been appropriated for dish washing liquid. Has anyone else seen this stuff? Could it be produced south of the border? I can't make out the wording on the bottle to see if it's in Spanish or English, but 30.43 oz. is a strange measurement.

The original Salvo laundry tablets had the best smell, it was a clean smell. It was my favorite. Am wondering what this dish detergent smells like, and if it cuts grease. Some of the dish soaps have such a strong fragrance to them now....ie, Palmolive. Barry |
