The 900 series model to the left of the Lady Kenmore shows to have infinite speeds in the features chart. It is a 1966 model. Is this the only model that had the variable speed motor or were there others? I am assuming it had a variable speed motor to be capable of infinite speed selections. Does anyone have one of these? I don’t remember seeing one in the archives.

A particular online library has the variable speed LK only in a 1967 Fall/Winter catalog. There's also a pushbutton 3-speed LK. Variable speed is $40 higher price. The pushbutton, non-variable speed LK in the POD is in the 1968 catalogs. History discussion on variable speed washers: 1966 Variable Speed Lady Kenmore and others |
