Still amazes me that after 40+ years that a set of appliances are still together and in good condition. Fortunately for us vintage appliance people these were posted so that hopefully someone will save them that really appreciates them.

That's was the dishwasher neighbors included in their new build in early 1970s. I remember drooling over the adjustable top rack and spray arm under the top rack. I think this model also had forced air drying.

I think the range is somewhat older than the refrigerator and dishwasher, as it is the shaded Avocado, and the other items appear to be the unshaded Fresh Avocado (introduced late 1976). It also has the pushbutton controls at the sides of the cooktop. They were later moved up by the oven controls before being replaced by knobs in the early 70's.

Those were the stove buttons that cats on the counter could control

Rare GE DW

combo52's profile picture

This was their first all plastic tub DW, was only built about two years in the late 70s and not that many built.

It was rushed to market and had a lot of service problems, neat to see one that is still around.

From the look of the older range these appliances got about no use.

Hopefully some one will at least save the range.
