hello fellow washer friends, when I first saw the thor model 32 cylinder washer on the net I was taken with the fact that it looked very similar to an old petro drycleaning machine. I also knew that I would have to eventually find one. well I have two. the oldest one is from 1925 and I use it quite frequently in my laundry.just about a month ago I recieved a visit from my drycleaning products supplier of 30 years. so I had him visit my downstairs plant and without any mention he remarked when he saw the thor, "this is an old petroleum drycleaning washer isnt it? and of course then I explained. and so my thoughts on it were thus verified by a veteran of the biz. thanks, the drycleaner
