This fabulous '57 GE 40" double oven was for sale last month here, but being in NY it was a bit far!

Closer but pricey Here's a pink Hotpoint on eBay... It's being offered with the refrigerator, might be able to work a deal for just the range. It depends on how adventurous you're feeling.

Have you thought about going this route for the ones you cannot find? Not sure if you are after the retro look or actually want retro appliances but this could be another option for your remodel.
