I have a NIB Kingston timer for supposedly A407 washer. Mine has a Mallory and it wasnt compatible and I couldnt use it. My loss is your gain. $50.00 plus shipping.

Thanks qsd-dan. sadly it wasnt compatible with my machine and I ended up buying a used Mallory online from a place in IN and its been working since.

Mallory and Kingston Timers

Are completely interchangeable on MT DC washers if you have the correct timer.

We used to get referrals from our parts distributor often when they sold a timer to a customer and they tried to return it saying it does not fit or work. I would go out and install it with no problems.

MT used both interchangeably and did not give you a choice when you needed a replacement timer.

The Kingston timers had a smother feel, but the Mallory timers were more durable and even more repairable.

I remember I had a problem with either there werent the same amount of terminals or there was extra. I know the cycles were all off and it didnt even remotely act like it wanted to work correctly so I put it back in the box and found the used one.
