If KA had only water heating functions in these models of dishwasher would be perfect. Otherwise you need a steady reliable supply of hot water at least 140 degrees F.

It washed great considering it only had the bottom spray arms. As well as being built like a tank on very sturdy ball casters you could swing it around by the door handle without fear that the handle would loosen or break off.. Sort of like the Amana radarange of dishwashers.

All Hobart KA DWs had forced air drying.

Had this dishwasher model as well. One arm wonder thats for sure. this dishwasher was used for a family of 7 and ran twice a day...we got it from my aunt that never used it and my parents bought it from her. It replaced a Kenmore RotoRack dishwasher. This lasted from 1976 when my parents got it to about 1984 when the timer went out and i bought a Maytag Portable the WC302 in harvest gold...

And yes this KA KDD67 did have the "Sanitzed Flo Thru Drying"...no water heating at all and that was no issue though since our hot water has a piping hot 150F and the kitchen was right above the water heater in the basement....The pics brought back many memories...
