I’m watching a DVD set I bought of The Smith Family from 1971. One of the second seasons episodes has a scene that takes place in the kitchen as normal but for the first and maybe last time I saw the pantry and spotted a set of brown 806 series pair. The series lasted only 39 episodes and I can see why. The first episodes I watched gave me the impression it was life in 1966 only it was for 1971 TV. Seemed really dated and square for 70’s TV maybe that’s why it flopped. At least they had great taste in appliances!
