Photo #1-- is "MY (47yr old Maytag A407 washer) Kingston Timer" (and although not shown in the picture, the Old Timer has #2-04889-2 printed on it) this worn out timer needs to be replaced.
Photo#2--Shows the Label from box of the "Possible" replacement and shows "#204889" but there is no "#2" on the end of the number.
Photo #3--Shows the Smudged #2-0__________? on the "New replacement timer"
Photo #4--Shows the New timer Connection Points on the back with numbers/letters with one location different from mine.
I have checked and all the Connection points match up to the same locations as the old timer, Except One.
---The "top" location on my "old timer" with the two Grey wires on it (photo#1) has moved directly below it to the bottom of the "New timer"(photo#4).
So my question is will the New Timer work?
I don't know if it matters but the old washer was originality sold in Canada.
