It is an AM-9-T2 from the late 1960s. Not surprised it turned up in a church kitchen as Dish Machines get a lot of time off there. If someone near the machine could grab it would be a good save. I think you may need a phase converter to use it. Also check out the minty SS wire racks with Plastisol coating. Very hard to find today.
