Am glad none of mine look like that; why do people let dispenser drawer become so fouled? Would it hurt to run a cloth over fascia and get at dirt otherwise on front of machine? If dispenser drawer is that foul one can only imagine state of boot.

Wonder why washer leaks after draining? Hope it's something simple like hose wants replacing. Are there still parts out there for these machines?
