#1 is making me think he's full of #2

"I don't know if it works but it's over 200 lb very unique the reason the price is so high is I would have to take apart things in the basement to get it upstairs the basement was built around the washing machine LOL oak Park area"

Oh, he's so-O-o thoughtful to offer this to us. Surely we'd be willing to pay....

Wait, if I bring a dolly and tools and remove said machine so he doesn't have to go to SUCH effort
will he instead pay me?

A basement built around a washer? It doesn't look very custom fit from here.

The Supreme 80 washer looks to be a match to the paternal grandparents' dryer.  Their Supreme 80 washer was slightly older, different style knobs.

This washer looks to be the same model that granny's sister owned (later replaced with a direct-drive Roper).

The three cycles IIRC are Normal, Gentle, and Super Soak.

Someone should get that belt drive with the control panel similar to the ‘63 Whirlpool. As close as you can get to a early to mid 60’s Whirlpool belt drive washer since that one looks like it’s from the late 60’s and that’s one of the last Whirlpool belt drive washers to have that style of control panel I believe.
