This was an interesting machine it was the smallest of all domestic combos.

Speed Queen was the last company to introduced one in 1961, the design came from the short-lived 1957 Hotpoint combo.

Speed Queen got a hold of the specifications for it and re-designed the Hotpoint machine making it smaller.

At the time the Speed Queen was built only Bendix and Speed Queen had a machine that spun at over 500 RPMs and had full normal suspension.
