Well, since I hurt my back hoofing appliances up and down my basement stairs, I thought that I might at least be able to help others find what they need for their washers! I have some 70's Frigidaire items left, and some Maytag washer parts for mid 70's as well. I have decided to keep haunting what remains of the old shops around here in search of parts. (At least this way I am still enjoying the hobby),
What I am asking for is a "wish list" from those that are in need of parts. That way, I will be able to purchase only what is needed when items are found, as I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to "buy out" inventories.

I am looking for a conrol panel for Maytag A107. I think most Maytag control panels of this era are interchangable,it is just the button size that varies depending on features,in either teal or sunglow. Thanks, Phil Turo

I have a complete one from what looks like an A608. It has the gold trim. Will this work?

That would work just fine. Can you give me a price with shipping, assuming you will ship it? Thanks, Phil

Thanks again. If available, I'm still after some Frigidaire tools, especially the hard-to-find tub nut wrench!

Will do Robert! I will keep a lookout for those parts. I printed out the diagram for reference.
Phil, I sent you an Email!

Belt

I am on the lookout for a belt for a 1-18 model which I picked up immediately after the hurricane. It was not in a flooded area and was a "little old lady's" washer. She said it just quit working and bought another machine. My dad took a look under the machine and said "it only needs a new belt". So, if you have that, please let me know. Thanks & take care. Todd

Almost forgot! I would REALLY be interested in any GE Combo parts you may find, especially belts, hoses, and the like.

Ok, GE combo parts added to the list. As far as the belt, there was one with the last batch of parts. Let me look and see if I still have it.

Ok, I found the belt. It looks to be used, and is the only one I have. If you are going to go through all the work of replacing it though, I would suggest holding out for a NOS one instead.
