On the positive front, it sound like Putin/Russia is about to recommence sending natural gas to Europe, which could be good news for Germany and other nations.
OTOH, here in California new natural gas fired home heaters and water heaters are still set to be banned by 2030. I don't know if they will be available in neighboring states. Since I'm sort of handy, I could see myself purchasing a new water heater in Arizona, Oregon, or Nevada. But there might be a lot of demand come 2030. Since I have a used spare water heater, might not be a big deal. So far. But for the central forced air home heater, I probably should be scouting around for that. And that could be a Big Deal to replace if I intend to do it myself. In 10 years, I don't know how limber I might be, if at all. Sigh.
