no need to go to the Gym

I loadded all of those appliances & metal up myself, since I`m usually alone when I do my work.
I`d shure like to have a buddy to share in these ventures with

Don't feel bad, I used to help scrap out a lot of nice machines from the 60's and early 70's when my friend had a company that did residential/commercial cleanouts. That was from 1986 to 1993. At the time, I just didn't have the room to save them.

Nope, not a Maytag on the bottom of the pile. Look closely at the motor mounting...and the pulleys - it's a one-belt machine.

I was wondering about that too Greg - with all the Heical machines I've seen, under the skirts, they never had a motor mount style like that. A Norge, maybe as Austin stated, or a Philco? Guessing here.....

Norge it is!

That same, simple one-belt design is still found under the skirt of the Atlantis and Performa machines today.
