@MattL idk if this is a thing over in the states, but singular "tall" DishDrawers are available in Australasia from F&P... I have the same issue as you, and would never buy a standard-sized DD I have included a link for reference CLICK HERE TO GO TO simpsonencore's LINK | ||

Both single-drawer Tall models and double-drawer Tall models (which have the upper drawer deeper, lower drawer regular) have long been available on the U.S. market. There was also a single-drawer 36"-width model for a few years, with two spray arms, although it may not been a Tall. The Café model in the video appears to be a Tall. CafeAppliances website directly doesn't show any drawer models.
