Okay - as promised I just took a video of our TL washer/dryer. It shows two large bath towels being rinsed, spun at 1000 rpm and dried - all with the lid open of course! :-) Alex :) CLICK HERE TO GO TO logixx's LINK |

Hmm.. Privileg is kind of like Germany's Kenmore - they buy their appliances from several different manufacturers. Our frontload washer for example is made by Electrolux and so is the dryer. Our dishwasher is made by AEG. Still all these appliances are labeled "Privileg". This TL could indeed have been built by Blomberg - I know Privileg sells a TL dryer made by Blomberg. As far as noise: yeah - this one is definitely louder than our FL washer. Of course, it's not as noisy if you keep the lid(s) closed. Also, you avoid getting DRENCHED when the splashy spin cycle starts... ;-) Alex |

Superb video, thanks logixx. I liked the bottle of pink softener (Vernel?) dancing on the spin cycle. I would say that is a Brandt made machine too. Nick |
