Just bought the online edition again of consumer reports and been looking things over since I haven't been paying too much attention to them in a while.
Some interesting findings according to their ratings for topload washers. The online buying guide says updated January 10, 2023 .

The attached pic is just a handwritten brief summary showing the number of washers tested in their category, washing performance 5 to 1, and the number of washers in that rating.  That doesn't necessarily correlate with  their overall score because of other rating factors.

Could not get it to print right, or even print after saving from a pdf.  Have scrolling screen shots but looks against policy to post online.
