Not really sure when these came out or went out of production,but i think it was around 2004-2012: SS or plastic baskets with deep fluted ribs,2 piece augur type agitator,inverter driven motor,a couple different agitation motion profiles,no transmission or reduction gearing.I have the plastic tub version made in 2008:washes good,but pump is very noisy and mechanical timer on this is craptastic.These washers were a common sight at the dump a decade ago,but i have not seen one in a while and wondering if mine is one of the last still going :) anyone else here have/had a Hydrowave ?

GE vmw copycat

 I believe GE came out with their vmw copycat in 2015 after the hydrowave.
