Ok here I got some videos I captured whilst being very sneaky at Mums this christmas.

The first one is me messing around with the controls and half heatedly and quickly before my sister catches me demonstrating the controls.

The pipping halfway thru is the microwave and not the washer LOL.
(my Mum keeps the LG Intellowave micro, whih is the same cheap tacky silver colour as the washer, in the utility room as it hardly gets used and its out the way there)

Notice how when you turn on the machine and it does its really annoying merry little tune The control dial lighting up looks SOOOOO like the opening credits to The Good Life, although im not sure Barbara and Tom would swap their homemage saop flakes and wash board/posser for a nice modern LG....... PMSL
of course Margot would just die for one of these I guess.... ROFL

Ok so here is one of Mums White washes.... hangs head in shame!!!!!

This was Ariel Liquid and on a 40*c Synthetics wash like every wash she does.
Nice water level for darks I guess but it never cuts it on whites, diluting the detergent way too much.

The silence is far too eeerie for my liking too LOL

Sorry about the poor video quality.

Nick

nope not left you any messages, i do kinda like the strange sound these make, especially to hovercraft style distribute noise and its 200rpm - 150rpm - 200rpm fluctuating spin after the distribute. I also like that it does the full 13 min cotton spin at 1200 if you select 1200 on synthetics which i found useful for those cotton zipper jackets, anyway my parents, brother and sister are going skiing in the not to distant future so that will leave me a couple of weeks to do and film a couple of washes if i offer to house sit. Nick.
