It’s a white, General Electric top loading dishwasher everyone from around 1950. In my experience, asking if a vintage washer or dishwasher "works" is just ridiculous, because it just might "work" as it sits but its not going to "work" for long if actually use it, that machine is 55 years old after all. But that said, if you give it a good going over, replacing hoses, the water valve and possible the shaft seal it should be good to go for another 30 years of service. This would be a fun dishwasher to have, someone might want to save this. A clear lid insert could easily be cut for this machine to watch the impeller action. |
