When I was in Jr. high and high school, my church choir director had this very same two models. The dryer died first and was replaced with a garage sale 1962/1963 slant front Westy dryer. Washer gave up about 1975 or 1976. Replaced with a Kenmore. This was a family of 6 and generated a lot of laundry.
