New mid 70s GEP7 range

This would certainly be a reliable and good performing range and is well worth the $600 for somebody that wants a slightly vintage range as long as you can put up with the harvest gold and fake wood grain on the control panel.

By this time GE had gone to a dual range thermostat that does both the cleaning and the normal baking temperatures. They weren’t quite as accurate as the electronic thermostat they used from about 1967 through 72 but these were certainly excellent and reliable ranges.
