My friend has said that his Whirlpool WTW4816FW3 top load washer he bought in January, 2024 is continuously draining and that the technician said it’s due to a bad control board.
My other friend is apparently having the same issue with his Whirlpool WTW4950HW3 washing machine. I’m disappointed in what Whirlpool’s new products have become.
