Whirlpool WTW5000DW3 washer won’t agitate

I just did laundry today, and found that my washing machine has got a new issue, now it doesn’t even wash properly and makes this clicking noise, issue started a few days ago without me knowing.

Which part do I need replacing? I’ve been told by other users that the loud noise on spin cycle ie caused by the bearing but what is this issue caused by?

I want to get this fixed.

I don't see/hear anything at your link above.  YouTube works best here for sharing videos.  The board software recognizes standard YT URLs pasted directly into a post and embeds the video, or use the URL Link entry.
