for what its worth ...........

I don't like them, they do have alot of timers in stock and can rebuild others, but two of the women who answer the phone are VERY rude. I always use Tom at T&E Timers in MI. He is VERY helpful and he will go through Midwest for you if he can't help directly at no additional or very little additional charge. His info is: T&E Timers, 53 E. Ten Mile Rd, Madison Heights, MI 48071; 800-521-0258 "TOM", I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.
