HI

I bought this darn ge dishwasher in 2003. Its a portable model. The darn wheel on the bottom rack keeps falling off.

Is there any way to glue this cheap thing on? What would be the best type of glue or should I take ax to the stuip thing.

Me an it have been fighting for about a week now. Used a bread tie,a pice of wire an it still keeps falling of. Called ge they said this is not that big of a problem. They want $13.00 plus s/h for a cheap plasic wheel.

Any ideals would be great befor I go nuts.

Also notice the coating on the rack is comming of to. Will plasic dip fix this or should I let it rust. I an so mad stuip Ge.

Model: #GSC32oofoobl or might be GSC3200f00bl
Thanks

What sort of warranty does the machine have-maybe the racks could be covered under the warranty. It sounds unuasual that the shelves are deteriating already. For the "wheel" maybe you could look for some sort of hi-temp and waterproof epoxy to glue it back.

Dont know about the warranty have to find the sales ticket. I bought this thing at lowes. The selles person at the time of ordering the unit said it was a ten year warranty on select parts an labor. But ge could not find the record becuse the coumputers were down.

Will be calling them back. I I know is that the unit has be a pain first the part that hooks to sink starting leaking then the jet cap blow off an has not been seen since. One good thing is I got it for $290.00 becuse lowes could not find the cat price so they gave it to me for the price of there cheap ge.

As we speak our second fridge a GE 11.5 cu ft model is awaiting repair under warranty.

Seems less than a year or so after install the evaporator coil motor fan just stopped. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrh! Would be just after I stocked it with food. All gone to waste. Don't know why I let that darn thing into my house. GE repair guy better be on the ball tomorrow and he is NOT getting a cup of coffee/slice of coffee cake either! *LOL*
