Hi, 'run' windings broken so only runs on 'start' windings? Or is the motor polling due to a worn rear motor bush? Just thought i'd throw my two bobs worth in! R |

May already be bypassed. Doesn't explain the half-second pump-out. Can't hurt to check if all wires to motor are still connected. Does it do the same thing upon wash/agitation? (i.e. motor in reverse direction?) |

Could the pump be locked? You'd think the belt would still turn though........ |

Oops, somehow I missed this post. I can't seem to find a switch with that number. Actually, that number doesn't even sound right. Usually it will start with a 2 (example 2-05131). Is this the original motor? If it's, I should be able to find the correct part # via microfiche. I'll be out of town through Saturday without access to the internet, so I should have a definitive answer for you by then. |
