Yes, I tried 3 dryers on the truck today. There are too many other appliances pushed back for me, and I lost a 1957 GE dryer. Care to take any guesses on these?

I wish I was the middle dryer. Looks like a hot scene they're having all tied up like that!

Greg,

You are correct with the guess, but not about the order comment. I saved the best for last! More pics to come once we unload at the storage unit. But yes, yet another DCI-62.

Is it a dryer? You've really been in the drying mood lately - lots of vintage "hotties" have come your way.

Obviously threesomes are Rich's thing.

Wow, you have quite the collection listed on your prof.

Yeah Rich! More dryers. Yes, youve been picking up quite a few lately. Guess that makes up for the things youve lost in the past, like a Unimatic Agitator cap that got lifted from your piles of knobs at Myra's !

Great Finds Rich!
You are finding great appliances.
All look to be in such great shape.
Where are you putting all of this? Is your basement that big?
Thanks for all of your pictures of your finds.
Brent

Hi Jimmy,

Yes, dryers are coming fast and furious. Most will be parted out as no one has shown any interest in any of them, nor any interest in any washers as listed in my profile.

Hey Brent,

Unfortunately, it takes sooooo long to restore a washer or dryer that most of mine are in one of 3 storage units. I do have 18 completely restored and functional. Oh if I only had more time....

Thanks for the notes,
Rich

DCI-62

First is the 1962 Frigidaire Custom Imperial dryer. Most either have cracked panels or the paint has worn off. Hard to believe that this lighted panel is perfect!

Yes, I did bring one of the 4 Kenmore frog eye dryers back with me. However this will be parted out as no one has shown any interest in any of them. But had the control panel been lighted.....

interesting Norge dryer.....it appears to match a dispensomat washer somewhat. Too bad the one knob is missing.

Nonetheless, it will probably clean up nicely and look pretty lighted up.

Ah, my parents had a 63' Frigidaire set with that same exact lighted area. I don't think it had push button select, but a rotary dial select.
That lighted control panel on that machine could light up the room enough to read by. Light up both washer and dryer and your laundry room will almost be as bright as day. It's one of my favorite washer designs!

If that Kenmore is gassy, I might be interested.
