Beautiful! Those Canon digitals are easy to use and take spectacular pictures.

Did you take all the laundry outside and hang it on the line?

Great photos, Robert! God, I love that '58 Frigidaire agitator. However, as a reformed Franklin-hater, I have to give both thumbs up to The Pig!!

Awesome Pictures Robert!
What Canon did you get?
I have two Canon Digitals that are amazing! I am still learning about them, but they really don't hide the truth!
I am also shocked that you voted the Rare GE that you have the "Best Automatic Washer Ever Made".
Thanks again for the awesome pictures. All of your machines are minty!
Brent

Awesome pictures Robert:

You captured the spinning Kelvy perfectly.

Love the pictures of those two Super Rotoswirls. I'm guessing 1963 or 4 for the black, and 1968 for the gold. Now I know the black one was used until 1968 in 70 series models, all the way up to the 800 and also the 1963 and 4 LKs. The gold one with the scrubber is the one I question. I have only seen it in two models, both from 1968. The first is the model with the sliding control panel cover, and the other was a version of the model you grew up with. What other models may have had this?

Both are very shiny, and the scrubbers unworn; telltale signs they have never been used, or used very few times. Both are good to look at.

Have a good one,
James

Wow!

Beautiful photos. I have been looking at new cameras and this seems to be a good one. What length videos will it take, and are they easy to get onto the computer? Mark

Mark it will take as long of a movie as your memory card will take. All I know is that memory cards for this camera are real cheap now. Over the weekend Best Buy was running a sale on memory cards and I got a 2GB for $14! That will take quite a long video. I have both a PC Desktop and a Macbook Laptop that I use and they were both very easy to download the pictures and videos to.

You should get some great shots this week at the convention!!
You betcha Terry! I plan on taking lots of Vacuum Glamour shots later on this week. YAY.

Toggles, I'm not sure as to the MB of the shots now, but I made a change to the website to accept larger pictures now and automatically resize them down to 1000x750 pixels for easy viewing for the club.

You mean we don't have to manually shrink them down anymore... at all??

Love the "tulip-mode" shots - close ups of agitators and controls make nice greeting cards ;-) I've had a lot of fun with my new Canon too but,Fred, I think we'll have to find some time this weekend to sit down and have a Canon Digital class with you - I'm sure you've really gotten to know yours very well and you take such beautiful pics.

That will be nice to have the re-sizing done automatically when posting pics here - thanks for the updates, Robert, you're too good to us!
