Quote..being downright rude and anal about making an exception I always call back and try to get someone less angry/hostile. Also, I have found that dealing with home-grown people is easier than dealing with imports....and I am usually so sweet it is nauseating, but it helps. Sometimes there are "hiden" warranties if a co. knows that a certain part is weak. Nothing wrong in asking. I say the squeeky wheel gets the grease.... |

Wow, that was pretty bad service on Whirlpool's part. I guess I've been pretty fortunate with my set. Hopefully, it will last a few years longer. As long as the tub doesn't rust, and I can troubleshoot things and find parts, I hope I can keep mine running. Thanks for sharing. |
