Whatever it's (gas or water condensation), that dryer is TOL (chrome M A Y T A G strip gives that away) and was built before 1961 (older Maytag emblem on the front cover gives THAT one away). Of course, it has the lighted console that would be switched on and off through the use of two buttons.
My guess is that it's another water condensation dryer since it has the exact same small rectangular opening at the bottom right of the cabinet as the pink 640W dryer I posted earlier. Either way, it's a rare TOL model and should be saved!!!! |

Would this dryer be the match to the Model 140 Maytag Washer ? I'm in the process of restoring a Model 140. |
