I just bought a Mobile Maid Dishwasher.ou They said it was in working condition. However I cannot seem to attach hose to sink. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what year this is so that I can buy a new attachment peice? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank Y

The part is available,

I will let others speak directly of it. I have a 2005 portable front loading GE dishwasher, and it is connected similarly. It is generally known as a unicouple.

Thank you for sharing your lovely late production Mobile Maid!

Aerator

Make sure your faucet has an aerator with a ridge in it so it can accept a unicouple.

Good luck,
Dave

you can find them at home depot

or lowes. there are two types, the small diameter and larger one. the earlier machines like my 50's era dishwashers use the small one. the later models will take the larger size. they screw onto the faucet where the aerator usually goes and the dishwasher coupler snaps onto this fitting.

i will send a pic here tonite when i get home from work. home depot has both sizes i know, i just bought them last year and i work at home depot.
