Hello everybody...thought I'd start a new thread pertaining to everything "Easy". I'll start off by posting an advertisement from a May, 1955 copy of "Country Gentleman - Better Farming" magazine, featuring the Easy automatic.
Please also post anything related to the Easy Spin-drier. Wasn't sure whether to start this thread in the "Imperial" section, as there might be more material on the Spin-drier. If anybody thinks it whould go in the "Super" section, just let me know. |

Damn what a glamour shot! You need to get someone all dressed up like the woman in the ad above to come work that machine, it's just that pretty! |

on YouTube search for COMMERCIALS FOR DEFUNCT PRODUCTS PART 6 skip to 4:10 and there is a commercial done while Arthur Godfrey is doing his radio show (live studio audience too). Easy W/D pair shown and a personal demo of the Spiralator. |

There are gasoline and tractor powered Easys but I couldn't find a picture of one that wasn't copyrighted. Maxwell has a few, but right now his database is erroring or I'd link them.
Did Syracuse/Easy invent centrifugal extraction? I mean, they've been making 'spindriers' since before electricity was common. |
