Would say the triac is open circuit, attached to the heat sink of the module. The overfilling i would say is a blocked pressure chamber |

on the electronic pcb, there is a little 3 legged device (triac) that is either clipped or screwed to the heat sink (the metal shell) This allows the correct supply to feed / regulate the motor speed. |

the over filling could be the solinoid, im not too sure but its worth checking :) Tom :) |

it turned out to be a loose wire to the motor. |

Probably a tacho coil wire. What about the over-filling? |
