Hi Y'all!
Well the Idea of having a wringer ewasher or a twin tub has always been alive in my mind I was about grabbing a maytag wringer weeks ago but thought it was too big to store it in my apartment and it would be finished in my garage I would have used it rarely, so I was thinking about a twin tub as they're easier to store and I think for it I would have space in my apartment, one thing I like of wringers and twin tubs is the fact that you can re-use the water for multiple was loads also, here in Italy they're not so available though, I like the Servis twin tub models, supertwin and others especially,so I was thinking to get one someday from UK, I can see sometimes there're some auctions on ebay, but the shipping becomes a problem for some ebayers as they does not want to bother about packing and wrapping and shipping and usually they all offer local pick up only.
I do not even know how much the shipping to Italy would be.....even if I know usually Fedex or others couriers offer cheap rates for bulky items like appliances.....I don't care to pay more for shipping than cost of thing itself, I just want a twin tub.
Well but my questions are these:
How much a supertwin weight?
What are the aprox measures of a Servis supertwin?
Do you know someone that might sell and ship one to me, or at least the less expensive courrier available in UK wich I could contact to pick up and ship it to me?
Thank you all in advance!

Probably a long shot but I wonder if it would be worth contacting people who are relocating from UK to Italy and bringing furniture etc? There is a forum for such people:

Thank you for the link it may be useful to look even for a moving company asking to these people who they use, I was thinking about a courrier but maybe with a moving company is more cheap, not sure if they would accept the deal just to move a washer though.....maybe a courrier is more indicated...but I can always try to ask...

Thank you again
