Is it a v- or an h-axxis toploader? I wonder because of the drawed picture which suggests an h-axxis but the see-thru door?

I think you call it . . .

. . . an H axis machine. The tub rotates 360 degrees and then reverses for 360 degrees. There is not much to see through the see-thru window except for the tub turning. And the water/suds will splash up on the glass blocking most of the view.

These machines were hard workers and had to be bolted to the floor because there was no suspension.
