Hi,
sometimes when I put big pieces in washingmachines ( pillow or carpets), they come out always wet.
I donīt know if I should call the service to complain?

They simply aren't spun or spun to a very low speed to preserve the machine as they couldn't be balanced.

Pillows and carpets/rugs

Yep what dj-gabriele said. If you do pillows, its best to do 2 at a time to try to balance the machine. When you do rugs/carpets, make sure there are a few in there or the machine wont balance correctly. When the weather is warm, if my scatter rugs dont spin dry I hang them outside to drip dry. Your machine is doing right by you by either skipping the spin because of imbalance or dialing back the spin speed to preserve itself. That's a good thing!

when washing pillow if you read the wash label on the pillow it says pillows need an extra spin or second spin depending on the washer

if you throw in a few bath towels, they will help to balance the load.

See above. Bulk items often fail to spin properly unless supervised. You can't just toss them in and come back an hour later expecting them to be done well.
