Frigidaire put a lower wattage heater in their cheaper dryers and a lower capacity fan.
I read somewhere years ago, naturally, that Bill Cullen had polio as a boy and one of his legs did not work as well as the other, but I don't remember the details.
Those testing reports that they mention at the lower right part of the ad about water extraction: I wrote to one of the places that did those tests to try to buy a copy and was told that those test results were the property of the company that paid for them. I wondered why they quoted the test number in that case. Does anyone know anything about where this material might be now, because it was more than 30 years ago that I wrote to them. It was not information that was not mentioned in the test results from Consumer Reports, but I thought it would be interesting to read. These reports are also mentioned in some ads for combos. These labs might have been exciting places to work in those days.
